Please note, that the City of Bartlett collects only the Current 2025 Year outstanding Tax Bills.

Any 2024 and prior year bills with an outstanding balance have been turned over for collection to the Shelby County Trustee's office and must be verified with the Shelby County Trustee and paid to the Trustee's office. Please find the Trustee's link under Resources to the top right.

Online tax payment is only available for current 2025 taxes and can be made via credit card or eCheck, beginning October 21, 2025.

eCHECK
Taxes paid by eCheck will be considered paid on the date and time of acceptance. Once your payment has been accepted, it will be posted to our system immediately.
There is a $0.95 fee for payment by eCheck. (Checks on credit card accounts cannot be processed as eCheck.)

CREDIT CARDS
Taxes paid by credit card will be considered paid on the date and time authorization is approved. Once your payment has been authorized, it will be posted to our system immediately.
There is a 2.25% service fee or $2.00 minimum for paying taxes by credit card or debit card.

The 2025 Tax year bills are due February 28, 2026.
